Instructions:

• Apply Kiara Sky Rub On Non-Wipe Gel Top Coat on your base shade

• Cure for 60 seconds under LED and 2 minutes under UV

• Rub on your favorite Kiara Sky Holo, Chrome or Mermaid Powder

• Then, apply Kiara Sky Rub On Non-Wipe Top Coat to the nail

• Cure for 60 seconds to complete the look
