*ONLINE STORE RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY DOES NOT APPLY ON THE STORE*

There is a 15% restocking fee CHARGE THAT WILL BE APPLIED TO EVERY reTurn AND/OR exchange.

  • We are not responsible for any damage caused by shipping. Shipping cost is non-refundable. The client is responsible for the shipping/handling cost of any returned item.

  • Returns will always be issued in the same method of payment for which they were paid.

  • All electronic equipment BOUGHT ONLINE has a 30-day warranty with Wonder The New Generation by Mechanical Defect Only. All electronic equipment BOUGHT IN STORE has a 30-day warranty with Wonder The New Generation by Mechanical Defect Only AND WILL RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT VALID FOR 30DAYS. After 30 days the warranty is directly with the manufacturer.

  • Items should be returned in original condition and in original packaging including any paperwork, manuals or accessories. Items that are returned defaced or damaged are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

  • Electronic equipment in liquidation have no guarantee with WNG, only directly with the manufacturer. Merchandise on liquidation or on sale is not entitled to warranty, or credit. Sale is final.

  • Chemicals, brushes, nail brushes, scissors, cosmetics, files, buffers, acrylics, monomers, NAIL GELS, gels, nail polish, hair dyes, keratin, BOTOX, relAxers.

    Due to the health and safety concerns, we DO NOT accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any orders. All Sales are Final. The client is responsible in ordering the correct product/color.

  • Replacement Blades (clippers, trimmers, shaving razor and/or shavers)

Warranty Information:

  • All Electrical equipments offer from 6 - 48months warranty, depending on the manufacture. Please read carefully the manufacturer’s warranty and follow its instruction to validate your warranty.

Do you ship worldwide?

  • No, currently we are not shipping worldwide. Only to the United States, and Puerto Rico.

  • Yes, we do offer Pro Discounts to Professionals. All you have to is click on Wonder Pro, fill out our Pro Form and send us your Beauty/Barber Business License and/or Certificate/Diploma with and ID via email wondersnew@gmail.com. You’ll be able to see exclusive salon brands with special discounts.

  • Yes, Stripe payment processors are pci compliant. PCI-DSS compliance is a security standard for companies and organizations that handle payment information from consumers.

Shipping Details

  • Payments usually take up to 3 Business days to complete the transaction. Once the order has been fullfilled, shipments takes up to 4 business days.
