Description:
A bright, fluorescent yellow with a neon effect nail powder that can be used in a variety of ways to enhance your nail art creations.

Specifications:

1. These are loose powders that can be applied to the sticky inhibition layer of gel polish (for maximum brightness apply over a white gel polish).

2. Use a small amount of powder with Lecente’s P1 brush and gently press on.

3. Double coat application with Lecente’s base coat, smooth it or Foil Gel.

4. Make sure no powder gets onto the free edge.

5. Can also be mixed into acrylic powders, gels and nail varnish at a ratio of no more than 1:3 powder to product.

6. Perfect for ombre/fade nails. These can also be chromed over Lecenté’s Layer It! for a more subtle/translucent finish.

7. Finish by double top coating and thoroughly capping under the free edge.
